Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN) required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience required.
• Occupational Health RN experience preferred.
• 2 years of employee health experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.

• Coordinate and provide direct clinical care to employees.
• Work closely with providers regarding return to work and workers compensation.
• Focus on cost-effective ways to maximize wellness and prevent illness, disease, and disability.
• Perform clinical activities such as vision screens, venipuncture, TB testing, vaccinations, and health assessments.
• Coordinate and track compliance programs to meet regulatory standards for employee health and safety.
• Support clinical manager in oversight of clinical operations, scheduling, staffing, and delegation of duties.
