Job summary

Frederick Health Employer Solutions is seeking a physician specializing in Occupational Medicine to perform work-related physicals, surveillance exams and fit-for-duty evaluations. You will diagnose and treat work-related illnesses, order labs and imaging, and coordinate care based on evidence-based guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Maryland license and board certification in Occupational Medicine.
• MRO certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• DEA, CDS and BLS/BSL certifications current and active.
• DOT medical examiner (NRCME) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform work-related physical exams, surveillance exams, and fit for duty evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat work-related illnesses and injuries per guidelines.
• Order labs, imaging and referrals as appropriate; stay updated with literature.
• Provide patient care in FH Employer Solutions clinics or on-site as scheduled.
