Job summary

Concentra seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for outpatient care in York, PA. You will work within an Occupational Medicine program, providing primary medical direction in collaboration with the center's clinicians and the Chief Medical Officer.

Our team emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation quality, and adherence to established medical protocols. Bonus potential includes a clinician bonus up to $10,000 plus monthly and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• State licensure in the jurisdiction.
• Graduate of an accredited PA or MSN program.
• Board Certification: NCCPA or FNP.
• Experience in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, Sports Medicine or urgent care preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME DOT certification: active or willing to obtain during credentialing.
• DEA license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Examines patient, compiles medical data and examination results.
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Develops and manages patient care plans and records progress notes.
• Interprets diagnostic test results and manages treatment.
• Provides injections, immunizations, wound care, and infection management.
• Counsels patients on adherence to therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
