Job summary

Duke University’s Employee Occupational Health & Wellness (EOHW) is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff and key occupational health programs that support the health and safety of Duke’s workforce.

You will mentor nursing staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient occupational health services, while supporting staff development and clinical governance across Duke Health.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
State of North Carolina nursing license required.
Four years of nursing experience; occupational health preferred.
Master's in related field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff and occupational health programs.
Mentor nursing staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure safe, compliant and efficient occupational health services and care delivery.
Coordinate staffing, performance evaluation, and staff development.
