Job summary

Business Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse for a PRN role in North Carolina. You will manage clinical services, health assessments, and case management within on-site industrial settings, helping to keep workers healthy and productive.

The ideal candidate holds an active North Carolina RN license, BLS certification, 3–5 years of nursing experience, and some occupational health exposure. Bachelor's degree is desirable; OH nursing certification is a plus.

As an Occupational Health Nurse at BHS, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting with the management of the occupational health program for our host organization. You'll provide clinical services, health assessments, and case management, contributing to our mission of helping individuals enjoy better and longer lives.

• Serve as a clinical partner to both employees and employers, balancing compassion and compliance
• In this PRN role, you must have the ability to work as needed coverage in a variety of shifts, such as Day, Evening, Weekends

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent is desirable.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience; 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred
