Job summary

Business Health Solutions, Pc is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse for a PRN role to support on-site clinics and health programs within our host organizations. You will deliver clinical services, health assessments, and case management to help employees stay healthy and productive.

The role requires an active NC RN license and BLS certification, with 3–5 years of nursing experience and 2–5 years in occupational health preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina (NC).
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is desirable.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert occupational health services in dynamic industrial settings.
• Identify risks before they escalate and act decisively.
• Adapt quickly to changing demands and shifts.
• Provide education, prevention, and interventions to keep employees at work.
• Serve as clinical partner to employees and employers, balancing care with compliance.
• PRN role requires coverage across Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS Certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent is desirable.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is desirable.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience; 2-5 years of occupational health nursing preferred
