Job summary

Business Health Solutions seeks an Occupational Health NP or PA to deliver expert occupational health services in dynamic industrial settings. You will work on-site to support safety, prevention, and worker well-being, partnering with employers and employees to balance clinical care with compliance.

Per Diem Day Shift 8AM-4PM, varying days to match production schedules. Applicants should hold RN and advanced practice licenses in Indiana or a PA license in Indiana, with 2–5 years in occupational

Qualifications

• Current RN and advanced practice license (Indiana).
• PA license (Indiana).
• 2–5 years occupational health experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• COHN or COHN-S certification preferred.
• CAOHC certification preferred.
• Strong communication and solutions-first mindset.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Knowledge of ergonomic principles and workplace health standards.
• Ability to plan independently in fast-moving environments.

Schedule:

• Per Diem Day Shift Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM varied days.

What You Bring:

• Current RN and advanced practice license state of Indiana or
• Physician Assistant license state of Indiana
• 2–5 years of occupational health experience, preferably in manufacturing
• COHN or COHN-S certification preferred
• CAOHC Certification preferred
• Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset
• Excellent computer literacy
• Passionate about prevention, safety, and employee well-being
• Strong knowledge of ergonomic principles and workplace health standards
• Ability to organize, plan independently, and adapt in fast-moving environments
• A calm, intuitive presence with a proactive, solution-first mindset
