Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse Case Manager to provide professional occupational health, wellness, and case management services across our manufacturing operations.

You will partner with employees, healthcare providers, claims administrators, and site leadership to manage injuries, return-to-work programs, and health surveillance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and data confidentiality. This role supports employee wellbeing and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of occupational health experience or related field.
• RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.
• COHN or COHN-S certification preferred.
• Experience with workers' compensation claims and manufacturing settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage occupational injuries and illnesses with assessment, treatment coordination, case management, follow-up, and return-to-work planning.
• Coordinate with employees, healthcare providers, claims administrators, and site leadership for timely claims management.
• Maintain confidential medical documentation compliant with regulatory and company requirements.
• Administer medical surveillance programs (hearing conservation, respiratory protection, periodic physicals, etc.).
• Facilitate post-offer health assessments, drug and alcohol testing programs, and other occupational health services.
• Collaborate on accommodations, disability management, absence management, and interactive processes.
• Drive employee health and wellness initiatives and promote holistic wellbeing.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness.
