North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale, MN is seeking an experienced RN to provide occupational health services, including injury care, preplacement exams, and health promotion activities. The role acts as a liaison between staff, physicians, management, and referral sources, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required is a Minnesota RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. Three to five years in occupational health or urgent care, plus experience with workers' compensation and vaccination programs.

About this position

Requirements

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelors of Science (BSN) preferred

Experience

• Three to five years experience in occupational health, emergency or urgent care nursing required
• Experience with MN or WI Workers compensation preferred.
• Experience with vaccination compliance programs preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated technology skills with Electronic Medical Record systems and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict.

Licensure/Certification

• Current RN licensure in State of Minnesota - NMHC Standard
• Current BLS - NMHC Standard
