CORE Occupational Medicine in Norfolk, VA is seeking a part-time/PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site occupational health services. You will perform pre-placement exams, health assessments, and return-to-work evaluations for employees, while supporting wellness programs and surveillance activities.

The role includes collaborating with physicians, maintaining medical records, and contributing to a national platform serving Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in occupational medicine or related fields is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in employee health assessments and procedures.
• Ability to review and sign medical records and test results.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-placement physical examinations for new hires.
• Provide health assessments for workers who become ill or injured at work.
• Conduct return-to-work and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
• Coordinate care with physicians and refer for specialist care as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in surveillance programs.
