Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Nursing, Public Health, Environmental Health, Safety, or related field.
• Four years of occupational health, health care, or EHS experience.
• Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical surveillance programs across multiple locations.
• Oversee workers' compensation case management and injury follow-up.
• Maintain health records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver occupational health training programs.
• Monitor OSHA and other applicable occupational health regulations.
• Collaborate with EHS, Human Resources, supervisors, and healthcare providers.
• Promote wellness initiatives and teammate health education programs.
• Track and report occupational health metrics and trends.
