Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team in Indiana. You will evaluate and plan therapy for adult patients, ensure safety, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in OT, Indiana license (or temporary permit), and prior hospital-based experience. You will contribute to compassionate care across ages and adapt therapies to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited OT program is required.
• Must have a valid Indiana Occupational Therapist license or temporary permit.
• Previous experience in an Acute Care hospital setting working with adults preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy, theoretical concepts and techniques, current materials and technological advances, and new professional trends.
• Ability to provide quality service and communicate effectively with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and internal/external customers.
• Ability to consider behaviors, developmental needs, physical needs, emotional needs, and comfort of patients across the lifespan.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
