Mercy South County Medical Center in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care and advance department programs. The role requires graduation from an accredited OT program and active licensure or eligibility in Missouri, with potential temporary licensure up to 90 days.

Preference given to candidates with hand therapy, custom splint fabrication, and neuro experience. Current BLS certification and ability to respond to emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state; temporary license up to 90 days.
• Preferred: Hand Therapy, Custom Splint Fabrication, and Neuro experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs within the scope of State Practice Act.
• Assist in special projects and coordinate activities in patient care programs.
