Wage Range: $45.42 - $72.68 per hour
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary:
Evergreen Health is looking for a motivated Hand Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Therapy Team. We are located in the DeYoung Pavilion across the street from Evergreen’s main campus in Kirkland and have a satellite clinic in Kenmore, Washington. Certification in hand therapy is preferable but we will also consider applicants who are in the process of certification. This is a, fast-paced practice that requires flexibility, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and quick critical thinking skills.
Our hand therapy team works in close communication with the referring hand and orthopedic surgeons. Typical conditions treated include but are not limited to tendon and ligament injuries, fractures, peripheral nerve injuries, repetitive strain injuries, arthritis, Dupuytren’s contracture. Services provided include post-operative management of upper extremity, custom splinting, joint mobilization, manual therapy, edema management, modalities, taping techniques, wound care, scar management, range of motion and strengthening exercises.
Primary Duties:
Provides evidence-based assessment and treatment plans designed to optimize functional outcomes for patients with upper extremity conditions.
Develops attainable treatment goals in coordination with the interdisciplinary team that promote functional abilities in patients with upper extremity injuries.
Accountable for following the guidelines for attendance, punctuality and overall dependability. Accountable for effective performance and follow-through of all assigned responsibilities and for completing responsibilities within designated (or agreed upon) timeframes. Completes responsibilities in a manner consistent with organizational policy, goals and values.
Performs other duties as assigned.

License, Certification, Education or Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington
Baccalaureate, Master's Degree, or certificate in Occupational Therapy
Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire
Knowledge and training in the special needs of patients from young adult to geriatric ages.
