Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planner in the United States to deliver tactical planning for global office portfolios. You will partner with regional stakeholders on space and occupancy analysis, create stack plans, and support change management for workspace initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate real estate, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CAFM software, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Collaboration across time zones and teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • 5+ years in a corporate real estate environment.
  • Proficient in CAFM software and space management systems.
  • Experienced with AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across global time zones and large teams.

In this global role, the OP supports the development of site assessments and recommendations that support informed real estate decisions.
