NVE Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented OASIS Specialist to provide expert-level Requestor support services for our Federal Government customer's Occupancy Agreement and Space Inventory System (OASIS). This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient federal space management by facilitating space requests, managing occupancy agreements, and maintaining accurate location data—all in accordance with the Public Building Services policies and procedures.
The work location for this position is currently to be determined and may be remote, hybrid, or on-site in either Philadelphia, PA, Washington, D.C., or other U.S. locations, depending on contract requirements. Flexibility is essential, as the work setting may change over time based on government direction.
As an OASIS Specialist, you’ll guide users through system navigation, track and submit space requests, generate and modify occupancy agreements, and manage building location records. You will also assist with Government-initiated space reductions, apply tenant improvement tools, and maintain billing accuracy. Your responsibilities will include compiling monthly status reports, developing user documentation (when requested), and conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance and data integrity.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Success as an OASIS Analyst requires timely request processing, clear communication with stakeholders, and consistent adherence to federal standards. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and efficiency matter, this opportunity offers a meaningful way to contribute to public service and government operations.
If you're ready to be a key part of NVE's support to the Federal Government real estate mission, apply today and bring your skills to the team as an OASIS Specialist.
