Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clinical support within an assigned clinic unit.
• Maintains patient records, coordinates patient services and functions as a point of contact for medical staff, patients, and external contacts.
• Performs clinical duties including answering telephones, preparing and filing patient paperwork, and ordering and storing supplies.
• Performs occupational medicine services within clinic and onsite locations per department workflow.
• Greet and direct patients, relay information to staff, and facilitate communication across departments.
