The OCCI Program Manager serves the primary point of communication within the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI). This position is responsible for overseeing department operations, managing student services, coordinating internal and external events, and maintaining industry partnerships. The role requires independent decision-making, policy implementation, and supervisory responsibilities, including acting as the department manager in the absence of the Executive Director.

Successful applicants for this position must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities, or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
OR
Associate’s Degree with five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in education administration, hospitality management, or operations.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated responsibility for budgeting, policy implementation, and supervisory oversight.
Ability to obtain ServSafe or Oregon Food Handlers card and OLCC permit within six (6) months of employment.
