Responsibilities

• Ensure schedule integrity and daily operation of SkyWest flights for safety and efficiency.
• Cancel/delay flights, reflow crews and aircraft as needed for efficiency.
• Monitor weather, ATC, and other factors affecting flights in the region.
• Communicate changes to dispatcher, flight crew, and station personnel.
• Develop contingency and recovery plans during irregular operations.
• Maintain awareness of flight operations and regulatory compliance.
