Job summary

Interactive College of Technology (ICT) North Houston Campus is seeking full-time Admissions Associates to help prospective students explore programs and enroll. You will guide applicants through the admissions process and coordinate campus visits with an emphasis on high-quality customer service.

You will manage leads, interview applicants, coordinate with Financial Aid and Academic Advisors, and maintain enrollment files.

Qualifications

• Successful experience in Sales, Recruiting, or high-level customer service.

• Some college experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manages leads through follow-up calls, emails, mailings, texting, and other means to maximize the value of each lead in generating enrollments.
• Arranges campus visits and conducts campus tours for prospective students.
• Acts as the initial campus liaison between students and other departments including Financial Aid, Placement, and Academic Advisors.
• Conducts student interviews according to policy, administers entrance and placement testing, and advises students regarding academic requirements.
• Develops effective strategies for achieving enrollment success.
• Completes enrollment files including test results, admissions documentation, and any required pre-enrollment conferences with the Academic Advisor to address previous education or competencies.
• Develops leads through referrals and community outreach; interacts with members of the target community for the purpose of lead generation and institution branding.
• Compiles weekly performance-based sales reports.
• Represents the institution to individuals inquiring or interested in enrolling in the academic programs offered at ICT.
