Job summary

A recruiting firm is seeking a President and Director of Recruiting to help with sales into doctors’ offices and hospitals in the California area. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree and 2-5 years of outside business-to-business sales or medical sales experience. A strong interest in healthcare and a high-energy, can-do attitude are essential. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree is required.
• 2-5 years of outside business to business sales experience with solid accomplishments.
• 2-5 years of medical sales, healthcare sales, or pharmaceutical sales is acceptable.
• An interest in healthcare and a high energy can-do attitude is necessary.
• Must be a solid team player.
