Job summary

Avera St. Luke's is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care within the Women’s Center.

You will participate in developing care plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support mothers, babies, and families during labor, delivery, and postpartum care. The role offers rotating shifts, sign-on bonuses of $15,000 or $20,000 depending on experience, relocation options, and a strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (days/evenings/nights) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care by following physician orders and care plans.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Document care accurately and monitor patient responses to treatment.
