Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) in Florence, SC, invites you to join the Women's Services Team as a registered nurse. You will provide patient-centered obstetric nursing care, following the nursing process from assessment through evaluation, in a supportive environment that respects privacy and dignity.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in governance and professional development, and help coordinate care to improve outcomes.

Formación

• RN license in South Carolina or compact state
• American Heart Association BLS Certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age-appropriate care.
• Provide patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs, per MUSC policies.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment with professional and respectful behavior.
• Participate in professional practice model activities, governance, and continuous professional development.
• Coordinate care delivery using care management principles to improve patient outcomes.
