Job summary

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse licensure in the appropriate state.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification.
• L&D, OR (circulating), triage, and antepartum experience.
• ASN required; BSN must be achieved within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient and family care.
• Independently develops and modifies clinical practice for patient needs.
• Coach and mentor new graduates and clinical students.
• Identify clinical questions and participate in evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes and maintain standards.
