Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian/The Allen Hospital is seeking a Patient Safety Obstetrics Coordinator - RN to lead obstetrical care coordination within our Labor and Delivery unit. The role collaborates with the Medical Director of Labor and Delivery and the Patient Care Director to uphold standards of practice and safety.

You will apply your 5–7 years of obstetrical experience, along with clinical leadership and EFM/BCLS credentials, to guide patient care, staff education, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of obstetrical care experience.
• At least 1 year of clinical leadership.
• EFM certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current New York State RN license.
• BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Medical Director of Labor and Delivery and the Patient Care Director.
• Ensure compliance with standards of practice and safety.
• Support education and leadership to enhance patient care in Labor & Delivery.
