Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks a Nursing Director – Obstetrics (Labor & Delivery) to provide leadership to the CNO and oversee nursing and patient care across hospital units.

This role carries 24/7 accountability and a focus on safe, high-quality obstetric services. The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MS preferred) and has at least two years in hospital leadership within Women''s Services, including L&D and Mother-Baby.

Qualifications

• BSN required to practice as a director.
• Master's degree preferred (Nursing, Business, or related field).
• 2+ years of progressive hospital management experience as a Nurse Manager or Nursing Director.
• Experience in Women's Services including Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support to the CNO across nursing services.
• Oversee nursing practice and patient care operations across units.
• Maintain 24/7 accountability for assigned departments.
• Ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and staff competency.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote operational excellence and patient safety.
