Description

NC OBGYN & Midwifery invites you to join our dynamic, expanding group practice serving the Triangle community. You'll become part of a dedicated team of physicians and midwives providing comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care across Wake County, including offices in Holly Springs, Cary, Raleigh, and Wake Forest. The incoming physician will benefit from established primary care referrals within our physician network, excellent office support, a welcoming community, and a supportive schedule promoting work/life balance.

Practice Details:

1. Established group of 9 OB/GYNs, 9 CNMs, and 2 WHNPs, fully equipped with modern facilities and in-house ultrasound at each location.
2. Clinics in Holly Springs and Raleigh are located on hospital campuses.
3. DaVinci robotic surgery available at UNC Rex Hospital and UNC Rex Holly Springs Hospital.
4. Utilization of EPIC and Al Scribe for clinic documentation.
5. A collaborative and collegial team welcoming both experienced and new providers.
6. Shared call responsibilities to promote work/life balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Competitive guaranteed base salary with a production-based compensation model.
2. Incentive-based compensation tied to achievement of quality metrics.
3. Semi-annual production/incentive bonuses.
