Job description

Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour beeper call)
Shifts Needed: 8–10 shifts per month
Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days

We’re seeking a Board-Certified OBGYN (or FPOB) with an active Texas license for a call-only locum assignment. This is a low-volume, inpatient-only role, perfect for physicians looking for consistent part-time work without clinic responsibilities.

Position Details:

  • Setting: Inpatient only

  • Average Patients per Shift: 2

  • Call: Beeper call, must be phone-available and on-site within 30 minutes

  • Trauma Level: 4

  • Support Staff: Yes

  • EMR: Epic

  • Skills Required:

    • Low-risk pregnancy management

    • FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)

    • Routine & complicated deliveries

    • Surgical gynecology (optional for FPOBs)
