OB/GYN Physician

A full-scope OB/GYN is needed at an established non-profit healthcare system in Zephyrhills, Florida.

Our client is a long-standing non-profit healthcare system that focuses on patients first, providing award-winning care and a compassionate mission-based philosophy. They are known for their long-term provider tenure and value-based care.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $350,000 to $375,000
• Additional wRVU bonus model (paid quarterly)
• $40,000 sign on bonus
• Relocation Assistance: Yes! Amount determined case by case.

• Split role between outpatient clinic and hospital
• Hospital itself sees two deliveries per day, minimal deliveries
• Hospital call rotation is 1:4 (one day a week)
• Clinic is across the street from hospital
• 120 bed hospital, 1 dedicated OR, Level 1 Nursery, 7 labor rooms, 6 post-partum rooms

Responsibilities

• Full Scope OB/GYN
• Hospital patients are seen are at 35 weeks or more
• Up to 20 patients per day
• 1 day of hospital call per week
• Minimal deliveries.

Requirements

• Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider)
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem.
