Locums OBGYN opening in Worcester, MA

Seeking locums OBGYN to cover clinic and call regularly. Preference for local candidates with a MA license.

• Coverage Dates: Now - May 2025
• Rate: Negotiable (please specify your rate)
• Requirements:
• Board Certified
• Must be licensed in MA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Ability to work in-house covering L & D for a busy OB practice with approximately 950 deliveries per year
• Willingness to work in the office; minimal call expected
• Regular coverage of call and clinic
• Night call on weekdays (5 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and 24-hour weekend call (7 a.m. - 7 a.m.) - IMPORTANT: RESTRICTED CALL
• Patient load: approximately 40 deliveries per month, level of nursery is 2b
• High-risk protocol: transferred to UMass Hospital, 1 mile away
• Dedicated anesthesia team available 24 hours for L & D
• Support staff includes personnel present during call shifts; additional providers from other groups (OBHG, Reliant) may also be present
