Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Winchester, Kentucky (KY). Starting in June, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology Role:

1. 24-hour shifts (8a-8a)
2. Skills required: Low/high risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - performance and interpretation

Responsibilities include routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps, C-sections), complicated deliveries (including breech, multiple births, abruptions), repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, and surgical gynecology. Estimated deliveries are 550 per annum.

Requirements:

1. KY License, active and unrestricted or IMLC (LOQ)
2. Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
3. BLS, ACLS, and DEA certification
4. Covid Vaccination or medical exemption
5. Case logs submission for credentialing
