Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Waxahachie is seeking OB/GYN Hospitalists to join their team. These in-house experts handle obstetric emergencies, significantly enhancing patient safety and satisfaction.

The role involves collaborating with local obstetricians to ensure every pregnant patient receives care from experienced physicians. Ideal candidates will have excellent clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of obstetrics.

As a clinician-centered organization, OBHG offers an outstanding benefits package and work/life balance. Full-time Hospitalists typically work eight 24-hour shifts or ten 10-hour shifts per month, with no on-call duties or office management responsibilities.
