Position Details:

1. 4 clinic days/week with flexible hours, and 1 or more days/week in OR
2. Procedures in clinic
3. Clinic located on hospital campus
4. Highly engaged and well-trained labor and delivery nurses
5. Da Vinci robot in a newly updated OR facility
6. Hospital averages 500 deliveries/year
7. Collaboration with Midwives and Nurse Practitioners
8. In-network Level III NICU in Fort Wayne
9. MFM services available in the network
10. Caring and attentive support service team
11. Supportive, collaborative physician and hospital leadership
