Locum OBGYN needed in St. Albans, VT

Position Details

1. Start Date: February 2025
2. Duration: 3-6 months LOA, with credentialing taking approximately 3 months
3. Work Schedule: Clinic Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Call - 1 weekend/month (Friday - Sunday) plus one clinic day, or 1x/week
4. Patient Volume: Approximately 350 births/year, not overly demanding
5. Procedures: C-Sections required; deliveries and standard gynecological practice for clinic
6. Staff: 1 FT MD, 1 PT MD, 1 PT CNM (clinic only), 1 RN, 1:1 MA, and two per diem MDs for call support
7. Facilities: Family birthing center with breastfeeding education, support, L&D, lactation consultants, maternity, and postpartum care
8. EMR: Meditech, full training provided
9. License: VT license preferred; if candidate has IMLC, they will wait for a license. Strong candidates without IMLC will also be considered, with license waiting period
