Job description

December shifts need to be filled, with 2023 dates to be determined.

Number of RNs: Average of 7-9 floor nurses during the day shift (plus 1 charge nurse, 2 triage RNs) and 5-6 floor nurses during the night shift (plus 1 charge nurse, 2 triage RNs). The number drops by about 1-2 nurses on weekends due to a lower case load.

Number of MAs: We do not have Medical Assistants (MAs), but we have OB Assistants (3 on days, 2 on nights) and Surgical Technicians (3 on days, 2 on nights).

Number of PA/NPs: Four midwives who care for patients and collaborate with physicians, especially in increased levels of care situations.

Credentialing Requirements: Complete referral and privilege forms at regional facilities (Aurora, Cassville, Lebanon, Mount View, Springfield) during the credentialing process.
