Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology/Physician to work locum shifts in Socorro, New Mexico (NM). The anticipated start is ASAP, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Obstetrics & Gynecology Role:

• The anticipated caseload includes 8 to 10 deliveries per month.
• The average number of patients seen in the clinic is less than 15 per day.
• The Cesarean section rate is approximately 21%.
• Most cases there will be low risk, with occasional high-risk situations.
• EMR utilized is EPIC

Required:

• NM state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board certified - Obstetrics & Gynecology
• DEA, BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Mandatory offsite drug screening required.

Schedule:

• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Available shifts include:

• June 9- June 10 (8a-8a)
• June 16- June 17 (8a-8a)
• June 19- June 24 (8a-8a)
• July 2- July 7 (8a-8a)
• July 10- July 12 (8a-8a)
• July 23- July 28 (8a-8a)
• Ongoing in August; specific dates to be determined
