Job description

Seeking BE/BC OBGYN to join a well-established OB-GYN private practice serving the community for over 30 years in a family-oriented San Diego suburb. The group is associated with two 300+ bed hospitals with LEVEL III NICU and DaVinci Robotics.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients in the community. The practice currently has a team of four physicians and two WHNPs and is seeking to add three more OB-GYN physicians.

The call schedule is 1:5 / 1:7, offering a balanced work-life schedule.

Compensation includes a negotiable base salary, signing bonus, production bonus, benefits, relocation assistance, and a partnership option.
