Requirements for Delivering Clinical Excellence as a Women's Care OBGYN Physician:

• MD/DO
• Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in Arizona
• Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
• Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG); board certification required within 5 years of initial eligibility, and ongoing employment depends on this
• Current BLS certification
