Schedule

• Days, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• 40 hours/week
• On-Call: Yes, approximately 50% delivery
• Current call schedule: 1:2 weekdays (8 AM Monday - 5 PM Friday) and 1:4 weekends (5 PM Friday - 8 AM Monday)
• Goal to extend call rotation to 1:3 weekdays and 1:4 weekends

• Deliveries: approximately 25-30 per month
• Patient volume: around 20 patients per day
• The mix of OB vs GYN fluctuates based on demand and referrals
• GYN procedures vary; clinic days allocated for GYN care and procedures
• Procedures are brief
• EMR Systems: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Epic (hospital)
• Office Staff includes RNs/LPNs, RN Case Manager, sonographer, RN Clinical Practice Manager, front desk, and billing staff
