Seeking a Nocturnist OB Hospitalist/Laborist Physician who is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join an established group of 11 full-time physicians at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This inpatient-only position involves the evaluation and management of hospitalized and ER OBGYN patients. The role offers robust benefits and the opportunity to work in a well-supported and collaborative hospital environment.

1. Board Certified/Board Eligible
2. Nocturnist Shift (7pm-7am)
3. Alternating 1 week on 1 week off
4. The nocturnist will be a part of a 12-member OBGYN practice
5. Hospital EHR is Epic
6. Mission hospital is supported by 24/7 NICU, anesthesia, and perinatal services
7. Nocturnist back-up available 24/7
8. Compensation ranges between $309,588 and $446,745 per year
9. Includes malpractice insurance and full fringe benefits
10. The posted salary reflects the starting range and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits. Salary may vary based on factors noted above.
