  4. Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
  5. Office/minor gyne: IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
  6. Surgical Gyne: Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only-tubal ligation, LOAs, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic)-ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs.
