OB/GYN Hospitalist/Laborist needed for a leading regional platform for women s healthcare. We have several openings in the Kissimmee area for full-time Hospitalist/Laborist providing hospital coverage.

Residents and experienced Physicians are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights:

• Physician will work ideally 8 shifts per month but flexible for coverage, each shift is a 24-hour shift with a combination of weekday and weekend Call
• Physician will work in-house and be provided with a comfortable suite at the renowned Sarasota Memorial Hospital (Level III NICU) while on Call
• Full-time W2 physicians are eligible for full benefits and malpractice insurance coverage

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Current Unrestricted State Medical License
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

Compensation:

• $150/hour, equating to $345,600 annually for 8 shifts, plus a bonus of $100 per delivery (estimated $20,000-$36,000/year).
• Total Compensation Annual Range - $380k Plus
• Full benefits, 401k matching (after the first year), a potential $10,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $15,000 relocation are offered full-time.
• There is also a potential stipend for a site director. They cover "Claims Made" malpractice, but not tail coverage.
