OB/GYN Opportunities (2) in Southeast Indiana

Hospital-employed positions with comprehensive benefits and attractive incentives:

1. Base Pay (1-year guarantee): $350,000
2. Productivity Bonus for RVUs exceeding the threshold
3. Sign-On Bonus (for 2-year commitment): $75,000
4. Recruitment Incentive (for 5-year commitment): $100,000
5. Work RVU Conversion Rate: $51
6. Call Coverage: 1 in 4
7. Vacation: 4 weeks first 3 years, 5 weeks thereafter
8. CME Hours: 40 hours/year
   CME & Dues Allowance: $4,000/year
9. Relocation Allowance: Up to $15,000
10. Health Benefits: Full package, including 403(b) with contribution and 457(b)
11. Other Benefits: Pays for licensure, DEA, CSR, malpractice (occurrence-based with tail coverage)
12. Staffing: Hospital covers nursing/reception staff salaries and manages staffing to allow focus on patient care
