Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Medical Director for a physician-led Hospitalist program with Houston Methodist Hospital in The Woodlands, TX. Opportunity Highlights:

1. Full-time leadership position with an annual stipend on top of clinical salary
2. Clinical hours: only 6 (six) 24-hour shifts per month minimum
3. Competitive compensation and benefits package
   • Benefits include health, vision, dental, disability, parental leave, 401(k), and more - all effective Day 1
   • $50,000 Start Date Bonus - paid on first paycheck
   • $10,000 Relocation Bonus - paid on first paycheck
   • Holiday bonus for specific holidays including New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

Opportunity Details:

1. Full-time, benefits-eligible
2. Annual deliveries: approximately 2,500
   • Envision OBGYN Hospitalist coverage is less than 5%
   • Average daily census: 10
3. Level III NICU
4. Subspecialty coverage includes Neonatology, MFM, Gyn-Onc
5. Board certification required
6. Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities of Medical Director include:

1. Clinical patient care and in-house responsibilities: Delivery Room, Triage, Full Spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
2. Physician scheduling
3. Ensure safe, quality patient care for the physician team
4. Liaison between hospital and Envision
5. Attend meetings as necessary
