Locums OB/GYN Hospitalist - Granbury, Texas (Weekend Call Only Starting October 2025 Ongoing Assignment)

Assignment Details

• Start Date: October 3, 2025


• Duration: Ongoing


• Schedule: Weekend call coverage (most weekends)


• Expect 9-10 call days per month


• Call starts Friday 12 PM - ends Monday 7 AM


• Call Type: Beeper


• Call Response Time: 30 minutes


• Call Ratio: 1:3


• Setting: Hospital (Trauma Level IV)


• EMR: Athena / Medhost

Clinical Scope

• Call Only - No clinic hours


• Patients per shift: 2-4


• Beds in Facility: 8


• Admissions Required: Yes


• Assigned + Unassigned Rounding Patients

Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN - Required


• Active Texas Medical License - Required


• Certifications: BLS, NRP - Required

Notes

• Facility prefers providers who can work most weekends


• Coverage needs vary based on availability of other local OB/GYNs
