OBGYN

Our client, founded in 1998, is a leading women's healthcare group with 110 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country. The OB/GYN role involves full-scope practice and is located in Gilbert, AZ.

Salary and Benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 (paid in a lump sum or spread out as a retention bonus over 5 years)
• Base Salary: Competitive, based on MGMA guidelines and experience

• Additional Compensation: Productivity model with a 3x annual salary threshold
• PTO: 25 days
• CME: 5 days with a $2,500 allowance

Responsibilities:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• In-office services include labs, D&C/Suction, Polypectomy, Hysteroscopy, Myosure, Endo Cryo Ablation, Leep, Cryo Cervix
• Hospital call: 1 in 7
• Team includes 2 physicians and 4 APPs at this location
• Admitting hospital: Banner Gateway Medical Center (Level II NICU, MFM onsite, anesthesia onsite, 13 L&D rooms)
• Performing complex and invasive surgeries, including robotic procedures

Requirements:

• MD/DO degree
• Valid medical license or ability to obtain one in Arizona
• Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain one
• Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG); certification required within 5 years of eligibility
• Current BLS certification
