Qualifications

• Must have active DE License and board certification in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications are required.
• Covid Vaccination required, or medical exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care during 24-hour shifts.
• Perform C sections, minor gynecological procedures, and manage emergent cases.
• Commit to 7 shifts per month, including one weekend.

Job description

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Sussex & Dover, Delaware (DE) Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

• Obstetrics and Gynecology role - Your choice of 2 locations. 24 hour shifts either (7a-7a) or (8a-8a)
• Obstetrics and Gynecology role - Requesting 7 shifts per month to include one weekend. Looking for a commitment of 6 months.
• OB and GYN. C sections, minor gyn procedures, and any OB related procedures. Or In patient and ED patients. All OB and emergent GYN
• Obstetrics and Gynecology role - no NICU.

Requirements of the Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

• DE License, active and unrestricted
• BC-Obstetrics/Gynecology
• BLS, ACLS, and DEA
• Covid Vaccination - required, or medical exemption
• Case logs will need to be submitted for credentialing.
