- Deal breakers: Candidate must be able to cover full Feb stint, no partial shifts will be accepted.
Submission Requirements
PLEASE NOTATE ALL TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED- Board Certified OBGYN - Required
- Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active BLS - Required for credentialing
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
- Candidate must be available for any of the stints in job description to be considered - Required
- Clean MP/Background - Highly Preferred, candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed in priority over those that do not include this.
