Schedule/Availability Requirements:

  • Ongoing dates will be determined as schedules are made with the internal team.

Details:

• 24 hour call (7a-7a)
  
• Setting: Call No Trauma/Not Rated
• FTE: 1
• Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: RN
• Reason for Coverage: Current locum unable to fill these dates.
• Deal breakers: Candidate must be able to cover full Feb stint, no partial shifts will be accepted.

Submission Requirements PLEASE NOTATE ALL TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED

• Board Certified OBGYN - Required
• Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Active BLS - Required for credentialing
• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
• Candidate must be available for any of the stints in job description to be considered - Required
• Clean MP/Background - Highly Preferred, candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed in priority over those that do not include this.
