Active New Jersey license
Clinic coverage at state correctional facility
Two days per week, every week
Average 8 to 15 patients per day
EMR Centricity
LPN/CNA support
Job duties: GYN evaluations and assessments, colposcopy, PAP smears, others
GYN volume: 15 scheduled patients per day (2-4 clinics/month)
RN, LPN and tech to support
EMR: Athena/Centricity
