Clinton, Iowa, OB/GYN Job

• Clinical Role:
  • OB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB group.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with shared call.
  • Responsibilities include clinic, OR, and OB call.
  • Weekend and on-call ratio: 1:4.
  • Duties encompass inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and travel to multiple locations/clinics.
  • Facility's Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4.
  • Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Inpatient, eClinicalWorks Outpatient.
  • Willingness to support the growth of the service line is required.
  • Number of patients per day varies by provider.
  • Providers who can start ASAP are highly preferred.
  • Not open to 1099 candidates; accepting H1B and J1 visa candidates.
  • Open to Locum and Locum to Perm candidates.
  • Accepting TRULY BE candidates within 3 years of eligibility.
  • Not accepting candidates with lapsed BC that need to be renewed.
  • Long-distance commuting (>1 hour) and multiple jobs are discouraged.
  • Must have a clean malpractice record; providers with cases in probate or requiring supervision are not accepted.
